30-Day Return Policy
Sacred Infusion stands behind our products and your satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return policy on all products that have not been previously purchased.
Return Requirements:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must contain at least half the original volume of product shipped
- Products must be purchased directly from Sacred Infusion via our website
- Both opened and unopened products are eligible for returns
- Original packaging and receipt required
How to Initiate a Return:
To start the return process, contact our Customer Support team at support@sacred-infusion.com or call us at (423) 762-3760 with your order number and details of your return. Our team will assist you with the next steps.
Return Shipping:
Sacred Infusion covers the cost of return shipping within the U.S. After contacting Customer Support, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Exclusions:
- Products without proof of purchase
- Products returned after 30 days
- Products suspected of abuse or misuse
- Custom or personalized products
Sacred Infusion reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
