30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in their original packaging.

Return Requirements:

• Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be in its original unused condition, undamaged, and not missing parts
• Products must be purchased directly from Sacred Infusion via our website
  
• Original packaging and proof of purchase required

How to Initiate a Return:

To start the return process, contact our Customer Support team at sales@sacred-infusion.com or call us at (501) 420-2473 with your order number and details of your return. Our team will assist you with the next steps. 

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Exclusions:

• Products without proof of purchase
• Products returned after 30 days
• Opened or used products
• Products suspected of abuse or misuse
• Custom or personalized products

Sacred Infusion reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
